My Little Octavia

Pardon me for a rather cliché title — I admit, at this point I can't come up with anything more suitable. Neither can I think of my usual proper description for a picture, with a list of mistakes and 'ought to's. I'm not even sure that could be called a 'proper' deviation description. Maybe it should be short and laconic? Like this:
